There are 108 active ingredients approval based microbial pesticides, biochemical pesticides and botanical pesticides in China, accounting for 15% of the total number of approval active ingredients, including 35 biochemical pesticides, 47 microbial pesticides and 26 botanical pesticides. A total of 1495 registered products account for 3.6% of the total number of registered products. There are 13 kinds of antibiotic pesticide, and the number of registered products of antibiotic pesticide is more, up to 2,474 (if antibiotic pesticide is added, the number of registered products accounts for about 9% of the total registered products). Among the 14 new active ingredients approved and registered in recent two years, 6 were biopesticides.

Top5 active ingredient of microbial pesticides is Bacillus Thuringiensis, Bacillus Subtilis, Helicoverpa Armigera Nucleo Polyhedro Virus (HearNPV), CQMa421/Metarhizium Anisopliae CQMa421, Paenibacillus Polymyxa KN-03.

Top5 active ingredient of biochemical pesticides: Gibberellic Acid, Oligosaccharins, Brassinolide, Triacontanol, 14-hydroxylated Brassinosteroid

Top5 active ingredient of biochemical pesticides: Matrine, Camphor, Rotenone, TDS,Triptolide.
